What in heaven's name is a food hall?

You could argue that we don't sell wood; instead, our dream is to help redeem all things. Yes, we reclaim, redeem and repurpose wood. No doubt. But our dream is to see old things, discarded things and broken things redeemed and given a new purpose.

If you read this article you can see that there is a nationwide trend to take old business districts, battered down parts of cities, or discarded farmlands and turn them into repurposed restaurants joints.  It's really a cool thing. They are calling them food halls. You could say a food hall is a food court 3.0.

They have been popping up all over the nation and we got to be apart of the most recent one at The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, KY.  We aspire to get our reclaimed wood in more of these food halls. So let me stop writing and slap our sales team around so they close some more of these deals.
