Our reclaimed wallboard designs are all repurposed from the siding and timbers of barns and other antique structures throughout the heartland of the US.
We source the wood from decades-old thoroughbred horse farms, old tobacco barns, and rural structures. These are the most eco-friendly options you could ever choose to put on your walls or siding. Great for any home, office, or commercial project imaginable, these wallboards are extremely easy to install because they are all 3/8″ and come in 3″–5” mixed widths.

WHY OUR Reclaimed WALLBOARD?

Our thin, repurposed lumber wallboard comes from used barns, factories, old structures, and thoroughbred farms from all across the American heartland. Some of these buildings date back as far as the early 1800s and early 1900s. You’ll be able to locate antique cabin, shabby-chic, urban-glamourous, or rural-modern decor here. If you’re looking for a certain type of home decor, you won’t have any trouble finding it here. We provide you with ideas for walls made of salvaged timber that will improve the look of any room in your home that you wish to remodel. Our reclaimed wood wall paneling may be installed on virtually any surface, including walls, ceilings, exterior siding, and any other surface that has to be covered.

You can choose to do it yourself (DIY) or you can pay a professional to do it for you. Reclaimed wood wall paneling may be found in a wide variety of brown and gray tones, and some even have a tint of red in them. If you’re looking for something with more of a coastal vibe, we also have a light-hued alternative for you to choose from.

Wallboards made from recycled lumber are not only simple to install but also have the ability to completely transform the appearance of any space. Because it is a natural product, recycled lumber will have differences in color and grain pattern; these characteristics help to distinguish one board from another. The knots, fissures, and other character markings that are inherent to recycled timber contribute to the material’s overall attractiveness and allure. Reclaimed wood wall paneling is an ideal option for anybody looking to give their space a one-of-a-kind appearance and atmosphere.

RECLAIMED WALLBOARD IDEAS FOR DUMMIES

Using a reclaimed wallboard is a fantastic way to infuse your room with character and an enduring, rustic appeal that will stand the test of time. Each piece comes with its own unique history, which is not only an interesting read but also a terrific opportunity to flaunt your personality. But those aren’t the only benefits; due to the nature of reclaimed wood, purchasing it helps the environment by reducing the need for new wood and, as a result, the number of trees that are felled to make room for it.

Also, it provides you with more space to move around in and more room to be creative. Please do not hesitate to get in contact with us to request a free quote for our reclaimed wood paneling. We are here to assist you in selecting the style that best meets your wants and preferences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wallboard or wood paneling is a type of millwork that can be used to decorate walls.

Wooden ceilings are a popular choice for many homeowners because they offer a warm and natural look. There are several ways to install a wooden ceiling, but the most cost-effective option is to use wood veneer. Wood veneer can be quarter-sliced, plain-sliced, or rift-sliced, and it is thin enough to be glued or nailed to an existing ceiling. If you choose this option, be sure to select a high-quality veneer that will resist warping and fading over time.

Interior designers frequently employ shiplap, a type of timber wall siding. It consists of long, often white-painted planks that are mounted horizontally with a narrow gap between them. This design was inspired by shiplap siding.

In woodworking, a tongue and groove joint is used to make assembling and mounting boards and other lumber products much easier. It’s designed to make joining groove boards and joints as simple and quick as possible.

Shiplap is a style of overlapping paneling that can be created using a variety of materials. The tongue and groove wall paneling, on the other hand, is characterized by an indentation and a protrusion at the point of interlock between the groove panels.

The good news is that there are no limitations against using tongue-and-groove boards to cover the existing drywall in a living room or bedroom. When combined with wood, drywall’s fireproof properties mitigate the dangers inherent in both materials.

Using a nail gun and brad nails is the most frequent technique. Additionally, you can use wood glue.

When dusting wallboard, all you need is a dry cloth. A moist cloth could be useful for wiping out soiled reclaimed wood wall panels.

Yes, but only if the brad nails are driven into the wall studs.

Both are possible for you. The most popular method is to utilize brad nails, but glue is also widely used.
